Are there any additional costs to me?

For installment orders that are split into four biweekly payments, there are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees. For installment orders that are paid for in monthly payments, interest rates from 10 to 36% APR apply.

Does using Shop Pay Installments impact my credit score?

If you choose to pay for their order in four biweekly installments, then your credit score isn't impacted. If you choose to pay for your order in monthly payments, and don't make your payments on time, then your credit score might be affected. Only monthly payment options might impact your credit score.

Can I purchase gift cards using Shop Pay Installments?

No. Customers can't buy subscription products using Shop Pay Installments.

If you didn't get approved for Shop Pay Installments

If you didn’t get approved for Shop Pay Installments, then check your email inbox for an email from Affirm. This email provides more information about your application. Keep in mind that you might be approved the next time you apply.

Credit freeze or lock

If there's a freeze or lock on your credit report when you apply for Shop Pay installments, then you'll have to temporarily lift it before we can process your application. You can do this online, by phone or by mail. When you lift your freeze or lock online or by phone, you should wait an hour before you contact Affirm to continue your application. When you lift your freeze or lock by mail, it can take a few days for the lift to take effect. You can contact Affirm after the freeze or lock is lifted.

Lead times

If you finance your purchase with Shop Pay Installments, your first payment is due approximately two weeks after your purchase is finalized. Please note that due to the time it takes to craft your jewelry in our workshop, your loan payment(s) may be due before you receive your jewelry.
